    Brainspotting is like a treasure hunt for your emotions; only instead of a map, we use your eyes! This innovative therapy technique helps you locate “brain spots” that are tied to distressing memories or feelings. By focusing on these spots while you relax, you can unlock deeper layers of trauma and stress, like peeling an onion without the tears (well, maybe a few!).

Hey, I’m Ash!

I know it’s A LOT to try and find a good fit for a therapist, so I hope you get a good vibe for how I am already. Not only do I show up to almost every session with a pirate mug (I’m obsessed with pirates, kombucha, and Disneyland) but I LOVE and have a knack for helping humans heal anxiety. I know firsthand what it feels like to have anxiety run your life. I know the ins and outs of it, what helps soothe it, and how to get results with anxiety - quickly. I offer flexible scheduling, telehealth sessions, and a huge amount of comfort as you do all the good healing that’s about to happen!

Start by showing up. Take a breath. Give yourself permission to slow down and see what it feels like to have a space that is truly yours.
